Concept 1K METAL CLEAR 760 4LT

Concept’s 760 1K Metal Clear is a Direct to Metal (DTM), high gloss, single pack clearcoat. It is designed to be used directly over aluminium,stainless steel and other common metal surfaces for aesthe cs and protec on. It is characterised by excellent ow, producing a high gloss and very good water resistance.

Product Preparation

Reducer Up to 20% (v/v) Concept Acrylic Thinner.

Pot life @ 25°C (77°F)

Spray viscosity @ 25°C (77°F) BSB 4- 18-20 s ,Cup Ford 4 Cup 16-17 s

Number of coats 3 Apply three even coats. Avoid heavy wet coats.

DFT Maximum Recommended 40-50 µm 1.6-2.0 mils

Flash off time @ 25°C (77°F) 5-10 min between coats

Drying Air Dry @ 25°C (77°F) 60-90 min
