Dulon Mixed Colour 1lt

Concept Paints, Unicryl 3000 is a 1K acrylic topcoat designed for coating of automotive components. It is characterized by its high gloss and opacity, as well as excellent adhesion and durability.

Properties

Superior pigment distribution, eliminating mottling

Improved colour depth, providing better coverage.

Consistency in Tinter/Toner strength, assisting with colour matching.

Greater flow characteristics resulting in ease of application.

Reducer 1 Part Concept Unicryl 3000 Acrylic colour by volume.

1½ parts Concept Acrylic Thinner by volume

5-10% 810 Retarder Thinner by volume to minimize blooming may be added, if required

For blending, mix 1:1 with Concept Unique Acrylic Clear.

Number of coats / DFT 3-4 coats

Flash off time @ 25°C (77°F) 5 min between coats

Drying Air Dry 40-60 min @ 25°C (77°F)

Polishing Sand thoroughly with P1200 before polishing
