High quality acrylic filler in aerosol spray. Excellent filling power, fast drying
and corrosion protection. Easy sanding. Can be over coated by solvent and
waterborne base coats.
Substrates Galvanized steel, metal, polyester putties, old coatings, plastics like PVC,
PPO/PA, ABS, PC/PBT.
Surface Preparation Clean and degrease thoroughly. Sand with P180-P240.
Application Conditions 15-25°C. Shake well before application.
Number of Layers 2-3 coats at 10-15cm distance.
Flash off 5-10min
Coating Thickness Up to 80μm
Drying
Dust free at 4min at 20°C.
Sandable at 15min at 20°C.
Sanding Dry sanding with P400-P500 or wet sanding with P800-P1000.
Cleaning of equipment After the application turn the can upside down and press the nozzle for 5sec.
